The Group owes its presence in the steel industry to the farsightedness of Late Sh. Jai Prakash Modi. He setup a small re-rolling mill in the early 50″s and since then, the Group has grown continuously in terms of quality & name. His life’s mission was to help others particularly the common man in every possible way. Keeping the same vision alive we are committed to quality, integrity, honesty, and growth.
We are a 65 years old established steel company with plants in North India and Corporate office in Delhi. Our plants have a production capacity of 150,000 MT per annum. With a huge experience in steel making, coupled with our values, Customer Delight is our ‘Way of Life’…SOME FACTS

Being an ISO 9001:2015 certified company we are constantly making every possible effort to upgrade our technology and improve our product quality to retain and enhance our market share. We have production capacity of 1,50,000 TPA and we manufacture all kinds of carbon and alloy steel, which find wide applications in various industries.

Commerce graduate with over 40 years of experience in Steel Industry. Single handedly responsible for giving the company vision, roadmap and hand holding for execution all the way through.
Mr. Vasu Modi
Managing Director
Vasu Modi, a management graduate from University of Bradford, with more than 23 years of experience in manufacturing and investing. His strengths are strategy, systems & execution. Under his leadership, the company has grown manifolds, both in terms of top line and bottom line.
Mr. Madhur Modi
C.E.O
Madhur Modi a management graduate from Amity University, with more than 19 years of experience in manufacturing. His uncanny ability to manage routine operations and teams makes him loved and admired as the CEO.
Mr. Ram Pal Mittal
